Generative AI Client Enablement Expert (Contract)

To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a technical, hands-on AI Architect/Team Lead to join our team on a full-time contract basis, with the long-term goal of converting to a regular full-time role.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Generative AI Client Enablement Expert to serve as a front-line enabler, educator, and champion for our enterprise clients adopting AI driven solutions. This role blends elements of a Technical Account Manager, Trainer, Community Builder, and Customer Success Leader. You’ll empower business teams with hands-on training, solution design, and ongoing support to drive widespread adoption and value creation from Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Enablement & Training
- Deliver engaging walkthroughs on core functionality: prompt design, UI features, switching models, chaining agents, and embedding web tools (e.g., SharePoint Sync).
- Teach best practices in prompt crafting and custom GPT creation tailored to client business use cases.
- Lead hands-on sessions, demos, and workshops for power users, executives, and functional teams.
AI Workflow Implementation
- Analyze and map client business processes to identify high-impact AI use cases
- Assist users in chaining agents, automating tasks, and building libraries of reusable prompts.
- Guide teams in the creation, curation, and sharing of prompt libraries and agent chains.
Customer Success & Adoption Leadership
- Act as the front-line expert for user questions, troubleshooting, and solution guidance.
- Track adoption metrics, collect feedback, and iterate on enablement strategies.
- Cultivate internal champions and foster a community of AI advocates within each client organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert-level user of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4, custom GPTs, agent chaining)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and identify automation/augmentation opportunities.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and train others effectively.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Enablement, or Consulting).
- Comfort navigating multiple AI models, tools, and UI experiences
- Proficiency building training modules and training plans for enterprise clients
- Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and use case documentation skills
- Experience building user communities or leading internal knowledge-sharing efforts
Location:
Remote, US-based candidates preferred. The role may involve working across multiple time zones.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
